How do I get Bluetick Premium?
Open the Bluetick app on your iPhone or Android phone and choose Premium. You subscribe through the App Store or Google Play; Bluetick does not take card, UPI or wallet payments for Premium.
How much does it cost?
Premium is monthly or yearly. The App Store and Google Play set the price for your country and show it in the app, in your currency, before you confirm.
Is there a free trial?
Only when the App Store or Google Play shows an introductory offer on the plan in the app. If no offer is shown there, there is no trial.
How do I cancel?
Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (the app links to them from Manage subscription). Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies: request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from your Google Play order history.
Does deleting my Bluetick account cancel my subscription?
No. The App Store or Google Play keeps billing until you cancel there, so cancel the subscription first, then delete your account.
