At Bluetick, we strive to provide exceptional service and value. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we've created this refund policy to be fair, simple, and transparent.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans for our premium digital networking features. If you are unsatisfied, your eligibility for a refund depends on when you request it.

Eligible for Refund

  • ✓New subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of purchase
  • ✓Technical issues preventing service usage that we cannot resolve
  • ✓Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • ✓Service significantly differs from advertised features

Not Eligible

  • ✗Subscriptions after the 7-day refund window
  • ✗Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • ✗Change of mind after significant use of premium features
  • ✗Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless defective)

2. Physical NFC Cards

For physical cards ordered through our store, our return policies protect you from manufacturing defects and shipping errors.

Eligibility Criteria

Unopened / Unused CardsFull refund if returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging.
Defective CardsFree replacement or full refund for manufacturing defects reported within 30 days.
Non-ReturnableCustom-printed cards, activated cards, and cards damaged by the user.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, navigate to your App Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan, or send an email to [email protected].

After Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You retain access to all premium features during this time.
  • After expiration, your account reverts to the free tier and your data is preserved.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. Processing Times

Once a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to a different account or method.

  • Debit Card 5–7 business days
  • Credit Card 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking 5–7 business days
  • Wallet 1–2 business days

Important Note

Bank processing times vary. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your financial institution or card issuer before contacting us.

5. Special Circumstances

Service Outages

If Bluetick experiences extended downtime (more than 24 hours) affecting your ability to use the service, we may offer service credits or pro-rated refunds.

Disputed Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.

Fraud Protection

If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made, contact us immediately. We work with payment providers to resolve fraudulent charges.

Regional Requirements

Some jurisdictions have specific consumer protection laws. We honor all legally required refund obligations under applicable local laws.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected]. Make sure to include:

  • Your registered account email address
  • Order ID or transaction reference number
  • Date of purchase and refund reason
  • Any diagnostic screenshots (if applicable)
