Important: By accessing or using Bluetick, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Welcome to Bluetick. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms of Service") govern your relationship with the Bluetick mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Bluetick Network LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Definitions

"Service"The Bluetick mobile application, website, and all related services.

"User"Any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Service.

"Account"A unique account created for you to access our Service.

"Content"Text, images, videos, audio, and any other materials uploaded to the Service.

"Business Profile"A digital business card created by users on the platform.

"Subscription"A paid plan that provides access to premium features.

2. Account Terms

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
You must be a human; accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.

2.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

4. Payment & Subscription Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways.
• We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of premium features.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Bluetick Network LLP and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

5.3 Trademark

"Bluetick," the Bluetick logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Bluetick Network LLP. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

6.1 "As Is" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUETICK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

6.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 10,000.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bluetick and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Arbitration

For any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, you agree to first attempt resolution through binding arbitration administered by the Indian Council of Arbitration, before pursuing any other legal action.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Severability & Entire Agreement

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bluetick regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
